Symptom narrative

Pt received vaccine around 9:11am on 10/27/25. "A few hours later" her blood pressure spiked to 190 systolic pressure. She also began experiencing chest pains. This continued for the next 6 days. On 11/2/25 the patient presented to the ER still experiencing the increased pressure and chest pains. Blood pressure accoring to the patient was 185 systolic while she was in the ER. They increased dosages of her blood pressure medications in the ER and the issue seems to have resolved.
