Symptom narrative

pt says after getting the vaccine she went to bed and she developed chills. She was cold and shaking. The next day she woke up hot with 99.1 fever and was 100.1 later that day. She took Tylenol which helped with her fever and it went back to normal later that night. She no longer has these symptoms.

HBP controlled with meds, arthritis, nerve pain

Hydrochlorothiazide, and vitamins
