Patient received Kinrix vaccine for first time on 10/20/25, on 10/28/25 patient came into office with reports of Urticaria at the site of vaccine and also on his chest and abdomen approximately 8 days after vaccine was administered. He had 1 day of cough and congestion, but no fevers. He has successfully had Pediarix series with both components of Kinrix vaccine before with no issues.
After vaccine, mom reported patient had 1 day of cough and congestion, but no fevers.
Mixed Receptive-Expressive Language Disorder, Eustachian Tube Dysfunction
Patient takes Fluticasone Nasal spray 50mcg, Cetirizine 1mg/1ml, and Tretinoin Topical 0.025% gel.
