Symptom narrative

Sever joint pain from hips to feet and in shoulders. Started on 06/18/2025, 5 days after vaccination. Joint pain eased approximately 10 days after onset. However, there is chronic left knee pain that has not gone away since onset. Treating with rest, heat, and OTC pain meds.
