Symptom narrative

Patient states that he received the vaccine and then the next morning his left arm was really sore and has been so since then (about 9 days). He states that it is not red/hot and the pain is not at the injection site, but he has pain in his arm down to his elbow. I recommended the patient be seen by his primary care provider to ensure the AE is not related to the vaccine and to make sure he is ok.
