Symptom narrative

within hours of receiving the Tdap dose, felt warmth, soreness, a knot on the spot and itching and noticed redness to the area that continued for a few days including on the day of reporting the event on 11/10/25; T = 98F, there is some slight purplish hue to the skin where the redness is and a 50mm diameter discoloration where the soreness is on the L deltoid; no meds or ice packs applied but is taking Celebrex daily for an unrelated R shoulder stiffness
