Symptom narrative

Patient is 105 pound 11 year old, received adult Spikevax 2025-26 dosage in left arm rather than the appropriate pediatric dose. They also received a seasonal flu shot in the same arm. Patient and parent were informed of error in dose immediately afterwards and counseled on side effects to look out for in the ensuing days. Parent was not concerned, appreciated our disclosure.
