Symptom narrative

Reported breaking out in hives within 24 hours after receiving the vaccine. Patient also stated that he's allergic to peaches but only the skin, had eaten canned peaches within a couples hours from receiving the flu vaccines. Have asked if he had eaten this brand of canned peaches and stated that he had and didn't experienced any allergic reactions before.
