Symptom narrative

45 year old Male presents today w c/o left arm pain, diarrhea, and fever. Pt reports after he got the flu vaccine to left arm he experienced sore left arm, feeling hot, and diarrhea. Pt states fever lasted until next day and last diarrhea occured this morning. Pt states he no longer has pain to left arm. Pt denies any fever. Pt denies any mor diarrhea. Pt reports having regular bowel movement prior to this visit.
