No additional AEs were reported, no further information provided.; The healthcare worker is reporting that a patient received improperly stored vaccine.; This spontaneous report was received from a healthcare professional and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 21-MAY-2025, the patient was vaccinated with one improperly stored dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) suspension for injection, lot number reported as y010466 but validated as Y010466 (which has been verified to be valid for Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant), expiration date reported and upon internal validation establish as 29-OCT-2026, 1 dosage form, administered for prophylaxis (strength, dose, route and anatomical site of administration were not provided). The administered vaccine was exposure to a temperature of 31.3 Fahrenheit (F) during a time frame of 15 minutes. No previous temperature excursions (Product storage error).
