Symptom narrative

pt reported severe tooth pain on the same side of her body as her vaccines starting the day after her vaccination. she got them in the same arm. the tooth pain was one tooth and then the pain radiated to the gums with pain and tingling. she went to the dentist and a specialist and they could not see anything wrong. the only new thing was the vaccinations. it has been about 3 weeks and the tooth pain has improved, but the gum tingling is still present, but getting better.
