Symptom narrative

Syncope within 1 minute after administration. After injection, patient made verbal noise, then collapsed while sitting on chair. Immunizer caught them and they returned to consciousness after about a minute. Patient described having frazzled vision, and sat on the floor to call for someone to pick her up. Patient was observed for entire duration (about 30-45 minutes), and she refused when asked if she wanted an ambulance to go to the hospital. No anaphylaxis was observed, and patient left with her sister to go home.
