patient came to pharmacy today to get an oral antibiotic as well as a steroid cream, he stated he had an adverse reaction to the shingles vaccine. He stated he has had this rash for a long time and final went to seek medical attention for it. He stated that when he got the first dose of shingrix(2021) he got a rash on his back and this time after the second dose of shingrix 3 days later presented with a rash on the back top part of his leg that still has not gone away. He had 2 other vaccines the same day but presumes since he had the reaction from the initial dose that the shingrix may be the cause
