one singular blister formed at the site of injection; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site blisters in a 54-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number NY2aT, expiry date 26-APR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 22-OCT-2025, the patient received Shingrix (right arm) .5 ml. On 23-OCT-2025, 1 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced injection site blisters (Verbatim: one singular blister formed at the site of injection). The outcome of the injection site blisters was resolving. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site blisters to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the injection site blisters to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 28-OCT-2025 Pharmacist stated that consumer was vaccinated with her first dose of Shingrix. The dose was administered in her right arm and a day after the vaccination the consumer reports one singular blister formed at the site of injection. The blister was described as 1cm, fluid filled. The blister has popped and was crusted over. The consumer took a picture of the blister and sent it to her PCP (primary care physician).
