An arexvy shot was given to patient yet some of the liquid splashed between the syringe and the needle / vaccine was not fully administered to the patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of accidental underdose in a elderly patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Arexvy. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced accidental underdose (Verbatim: An arexvy shot was given to patient yet some of the liquid splashed between the syringe and the needle / vaccine was not fully administered to the patient). The outcome of the accidental underdose was not applicable.
