No additional AE/No PQC; Inbound call from medical assistant regarding inadvertent administration of a PNEUMOVAX-23 dose that was expired on 8/14/2025. Medical assistant noted that there were no symptomatic events reported. Non-supported outcome provided per post-memo evalua; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a 64-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 24-Oct-2025, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with and expire dose of Pneumococcal Vaccine, Polyvalent (23-valent) (PNEUMOVAX 23) (lot #X022827, expiration date: 14-Aug-2025) (anatomical location and administration route were not reported) administered as prophylaxis. The reporting medical assistant noted that there were no symptomatic events reported and confirmed that there were no temperature excursions with the vaccine. No additional adverse events.
