gave Bexsero to a 4 year old; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-year-old patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: gave Bexsero to a 4 year old). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-NOV-2025 The reporter reported that they gave Bexsero to a 4 year old, which led to inappropriate age at vaccine administration.
