Symptom narrative

10/31/25 - Patient ended up with an infection at the injection site (left deltoid). Went to the Walk-In clinic and received an antibiotic. Then on 11/4/25 - Patient - "I ended up at the ER last night because the rash came back on both arms, I threw up my antibiotic pill and I hurt all over again. They gave me Benadryl in my IV with a steroid & something for the THRUSH I have. I am on my way to pick up different meds".
