Patients left arm is red, swollen, discolored in the middle with red ring around the outside starting on 11/4/25.

Medical history

DM (last A1c 6.9% from 9.2 (wasn't taking his insulin) from 6.8% from 6.1 from 14), HTN, CAD, hx of MI, history of uncontrolled blood pressure for years, renal insufficiency, and HLD with history of DVT (Coumadin in the past, but now on Eliquis), remote hx of PCP, hx of shingles, HIV

Lasix, Lantus, crestor,zetia, lisinopril, jardiance, biktarvy, aldactone, betapace, eliquis, imdur, novolog, aspirin
