Symptom narrative

A patient called pharmacy and reported adverse reaction from vaccines on last Friday 11/7/2025. We administered 3 vaccines to the patient on the day. Patient said she has redness and pimple likes swelling on her left arm. Based on the record, it's shingrix injection site. I talked her that that's possible shingrix adverse reactions. I recommended to take antihistamin pill and use ice compression on the site. She said it's understandable and she is okay. She just wants to let us know about the reaction as her primary care provider recommended. She said she will get her second shingrix vaccine 2 months later despite of this adverse reaction because she heard the adverse reaction is better than real shingle pain.
