administration of an expired dose of Arexvy; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 59-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number LN4P2, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 06-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 06-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administration of an expired dose of Arexvy). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-NOV-2025 On 6th November 2025, a doctor (physician) called to report that an expired dose of Arexvy had been administered to patient. The vaccine had expired on 1st November 2025 and was administered on 6th November 2025.
