received an expired dose of Arexvy (6 days after its expiration); This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 83-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number LN4P2, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 07-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 07-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: received an expired dose of Arexvy (6 days after its expiration)). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-NOV-2025 The health care provider wanted to know how to proceed with a patient that received an expired dose of Arexvy (6 days after its expiration). The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
