had not yet received the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 72-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 07-FEB-2025 with batch number KB2YT and lot expiry29-OCT-2026). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: had not yet received the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-NOV-2025 The pharmacist reported that what happens if a person gets a second dose after the 6 months period. Was it needed to restart the complete vaccines series. The pharmacist confirmed the patient had not yet received the second dose. First dose administered back on 07-FEB-2025. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
