Symptom narrative

she had titers drawn and no antibodies again measles; she had limited mobility and "a hard time moving around"; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and from a consumer reporting on herself as a 72-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. Patient said she was never vaccinated with a measles - mumps - rubella (MMR) vaccination in her life. However, pharmacist confirmed that on 29-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) (exact dose, dosage regimen, batch/lot #, expiration date, anatomical location and route of administration were not reported), which was diluted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (batch/lot# and expiration date were not provided) and administered as disease prevention. The consumer said that on unreported date in 2025, she had titters drawn and no antibodies against measles (measles antibody negative) and was told to get the "measles shot". The pharmacist said the patient was getting conflicting information about how many doses she should receive of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) vaccine series. The patient also mentioned that on unspecified date in 2025, she had limited mobility and "a hard time moving around" (mobility decreased). The pharmacist said the patient "tolerated the shot fine." At the reporting time, the outcome of measles antibody negative and mobility decreased was not reported. The causal relationship between the events and Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) was not provided.
