Arexvy expired dose administration (3 days after its expiration); This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 5J959, expiry date 25-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 28-OCT-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 28-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Arexvy expired dose administration (3 days after its expiration)). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 28-OCT-2025 Licensed Practical Nurse wanted to report and know how to proceed with a patient that received an expired dose of Arexvy.
