Symptom narrative

Patient developed some hives which are a little bit itchy and reddish. He got three vaccines at the same timer COVID, Fluzone HD and Boostrix. But patient has had the 1st two vaccines before with no problem. Boostrix is the only one he had never had, so he is suspecting that it the one he has an allergy off. The symptoms started about 4 days after the vaccines.

None yet, patient for now is taking Benadryl and applying Hydrocortisone Cream until tomorrow morning where if it does not get better, he will be seeking some medical treatment.
