Expired vaccine used; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 2-month-old female patient who received Rota (Rotarix liquid formulation) (batch number LL455, expiry date 11-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 22-OCT-2025, the patient received Rotarix liquid formulation. On 22-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Rotarix liquid formulation, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired vaccine used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-OCT-2025 AND 27-OCT-2025 The reporter gave a Liquid formulation of Rotarix which was expired 10 days ago to a 2month old female and asked what should they look out for side effects after the expire dose has been administered and asked if dose need to be repeated.
