Symptom narrative

"Within 2 min of vaccines, patient felt dizzy and fainted on bed. Patient unresponsive but breathing, +2 radial, facial pallor, sweating. Soon after vertical eye fluttering started and brief (~5 seconds) of full body jerking. Patient banged her head on the wall beside the bed. Unresponsiveness resolved within 1 minute of shaking ending. Sp02 95+ during episode once pulse ox arrived. HR high 50's initially but then low 60's after. Glucose stick ordered but pedialyte given before able to do so. EMS called during the possible seizure period, but patient awake and responsive by the time they arrived." "Patient feeling better, talking, able to walk herself within 10 min. of episode ending. Facial color returned. Only with a headache. Mom taking her to Hospital."
