Pt called the office because she received PCV vaccine here at our office 10/28/25- see administration information. She states that when the vaccine was administered the needle felt like it hit something hard, according to the MA and patient stated it felt weird but did not note pain. Immunization was fully administered. Pt states that the next day she was having pain and it was sore for a few days and now she has been having issues with her ROM. She notes she can hold her arms out straight but when she goes to lift her left arm she cannot lift it further than parallel- unable to lift beyond shoulder. She denies numbness/tingling. She states that the pain feels like someone punched her arm really hard. She states that she only has the pain when she moves her arm in certain ways and that it is tender to the touch. She denies swelling/redness. She has been taking ibuprofen for the pain.
Rash (widespread psoriasis)
