Symptom narrative

2 days after vaccine patient reported redness/swelling at injection site. This resolved on its own after 4 days. At day 5 after vaccine patient reported tiny flesh colored itchy hard bumps at upper edge of vaccine site. No drainage/weeping/oozing. Patient did not develop fever, pain or cold-flu like symptoms after vaccine.
