Symptom narrative

2025-11-07 Patient called clinic in the morning stating they had awakened with a red inflamed area. They were advised to come to clinic for visual inspection. There was a 10x6 mm red area where the vaccine had been administered. The area was reddened but did not feel hot to the touch and client did not complain of fever or chills. It was noted that this was a response to the vaccine that should resolve over time.

Current illness

One month prior, had the flu.

hypertension, anxiety, diuretic, high cholesterol
