Vision blurred

Symptom narrative

approximately 3 hours after receiving the vaccine, the patient reports having vision changes that impaired her reading ability then caused more pronounced blurred vision for several hours. She said it then resolved over the next few hours and she did not at that time seek medical treatment.

Lab data

patient had scheduled eye exam (date unknown) after experiencing these problems and the doctor did not find any ongoing problems with patient's eye structure, function or sight. The eye doctor told patient we should be reporting this adverse effect.

Prior vaccinations

She reports significant swelling with Shingrix vaccine
