Injection site painPain

Symptom narrative

Right arm pain starting on 11/11/25 (2 weeks post vaccination) at injection site. Both vaccines were given in the right arm, therefore both vaccines reported. Client states pain has worsened today and is worse with movement. Client states there is no visible redness or swelling at injection site. Client advised to monitor pain and seek evaluation from physician if no improvement. VAERS report made per patient's request.
