After the Menveo vaccine was administered on 11/11/2025 at around 7:10 pm her head started to drop. The intern who administered the vaccine caught her head as she began falling forward, sat her back in the chair, held her head back, and called for pharmacist on duty. Her mom started calling her name and gently patting her cheek until patient came to. It's estimated patient was unconscious for ~5-10 seconds.Pharmacist came in after the patient had woken up and provided her with a water bottle and gold fish. We instructed the patient to remain in the consultation room for 15 minutes so we could monitor for any changes. Mom and patient both denied the need for EMS. After the 15 minutes were up intern walked patient and mom to the door to do one last check, and then they left the store
