The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 05-Nov-2025, an 8-year-old patient was inadvertently administered with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9)(lot #Z004474, expiration date: 16-Aug-2027), dose, vaccination site were not provided. No adverse event was reported.
