The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 11-Oct-2025, the patient received the dose of Pneumococcal 15-valent Conjugate Vaccine (VAXNEUVANCE) (lot #Z006429, expiration date: 02-Oct-2027) 0.5 mL for prophylaxis (route was not reported) after temperature excursion of 48.45F (Product storage error). No adverse event was reported.
