Pharmacist stated that a current 39 year old patient was administered their first dose of GARDASIL 9 on 2/5/2023, the second dose on 5/1/2023, and the patient has not received third dose; No adverse event; This spontaneous report was received from a Pharmacist and refers to a currently 39-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 05-Feb-2023, the patient started therapy with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), dose number 1, 0.5 mL (route, lot # and expiration date were not reported). On 01-May-2023, the patient started therapy with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9),, dose number 2, 0.5 mL (lot # and expiration date were not reported). Both doses were administered as prophylaxis. The patient had not received their third dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) at this time (Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered). Pharmacist confirmed the patient involved did not miss their doses of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) due to any medical concerns. No additional information provided.
