Symptom narrative

my varicella titers were low; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of therapeutic response decreased in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix and the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix and Shingrix, the patient experienced therapeutic response decreased (Verbatim: my varicella titers were low). The outcome of the therapeutic response decreased was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-NOV-2025 Two years ago (might be three, patient could not recall exactly) patient received both doses of the Shingrix vaccine, 5 months apart. Patient recently started a new job at a hospital. When they ran patient's titers, patient varicella titers were low, and the employee health nurse advised to get the Shingrix vaccines again, because she said they did not work.
