Symptom narrative

Early dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 54-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number C27PB, expiry date 27-AUG-2026) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Hepatitis a vaccine inact (Havrix). On 10-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix. On 10-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Early dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-NOV-2025 The pharmacist called to report the early administration of the second dose of the vaccine series of Havrix. The first dose was administered back, a month passed between the two doses instead of the recommended 6-month window. The pharmacist wanted to know if the vaccine was valid and if there were some safety concerns. The reporter consented to follow up.
