An 8-week-old infant patient born to an adult mother who, while pregnant, received respiratory syncytial virus vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) other for maternal immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (hospitalization, medically significant), RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS INFECTION (hospitalization, medically significant) all with onset 05Nov2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "RSV infection 8 weeks postpartum".
