No symptoms reported/No additional AE; patient who was inadvertently administered a dose of MMR-II while receiving chronic treatment with prednisone for several months (contraindication for MMR-II); patient who was inadvertently administered a dose of MMR-II while receiving chronic treatment with prednisone for several months (contraindication for MMR-II); This spontaneous report was received from a Physician and refers to a 33-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history included negative titers prior to administration with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) (it was stated that they could not verify if the patient had been previously vaccinated, so they ran titers on the patient). The patient's concurrent conditions included chronic treatment with prednisone. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient started therapy with prednisone (as previously reported) (dose, indication, expiration date, and lot # were not reported) then, on 28-Oct-2025, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with a dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), (lot #Z005718, expiration date: 07-Mar-2027) 0.5 mL total (route of administration and anatomical site were not reported), the vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis; as previously stated the patient had been receiving chronic treatment with prednisone for several months (contraindication for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II)) (Contraindicated product administered, Labelled drug-drug interaction medication error). No symptoms reported (No adverse event).
