experienced swelling and bruising at the injection site; experienced swelling and bruising at the injection site; He said he also is experiencing "loose bowels"; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer or other non-health professional and refers to himself, a 66-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant medications included flu shot (unspecified), 3 times a week took a statin (unspecified), and allergy medication (unspecified) as needed. On 03-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine Injection (CAPVAXIVE) 0.5 mL (route of administration, anatomical location, lot #, and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis. On the same date, the patient experienced swelling and bruising at the injection site. He also was experiencing "loose bowels". At the reporting time, the patient had not recovered from the events, still sore, swelling had gone down and still had loose bowels.
