I gave a vaccine, Arexvy vaccine, that was expired on 21-Aug-2025; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 74-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number L5L23, expiry date 21-AUG-2025) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included diabetes (diabetic). On 05-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 05-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: I gave a vaccine, Arexvy vaccine, that was expired on 21-Aug-2025). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 05-NOV-2025 The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
