Symptom narrative

Received Menveo vaccine on 8/21/25 and experienced onset of debilitating fatigue within 24 hours. He subsequently developed a tremor of both upper extremities which is a new medical problem. He subsequently noted severe fatigue and lightheadedness and noted tachycardia. He has hx of PANS, CIDP and limbic encephalopathy which has required years of treatment with IVIG.
