Symptom narrative

Reported Symptoms: 10047166:VASOVAGAL REACTION; Narrative: Nurse documented patient reported dizziness and was found to have BP of 62/44 after RSV vaccine was administered. Patient provided juice, soup, and ice packs and he says he felt better. RN stayed with him until symptoms resolved and BP was 114/62. Other Relevant HX: Other: : Vasovagal Reaction
