Reported Symptoms: 10037844:RASH; Narrative: Patient presented to the clinic (not sure which clinic but maybe allergy/immunology clinic) for 2nd dose of Twinrix vaccine. Before vaccination patient answered "no" to if he had any problems with the first vaccine. Following administration of second vaccine (in right deltoid), the patient stated the first vaccine (in left deltoid) left a mark and knot in his arm. Patient was then seen for a rash that was on his right shoulder and went across to the left shoulder. RN also noted that the injection site for the first vaccine was still red. The physician prescribed him a steroid cream and dose pak and advised that he could also take Benadryl. Physician also advised that he had an allergic reaction to Twinrix and should not receive a 3rd dose. Other Relevant HX: Other:
