Symptom narrative

Patient received a pneumonia vaccine (Capvaxive) on November 6th. She stated that 3 days later she experienced mild fever, chills, redness ('beet red'), and a swollen arm that was warm to the touch. She went to urgent care on 11/13/25, where they prescribed her an antibiotic. Patient stated that she was diagnosed with cellulitis and prescribed cephalexin 500 mg 1 capsule four times daily for 5 days. Patient states she feels better today even before starting the antibiotic.
