R shoulder pain, difficulty raising overhead 1-2 days after flu shot was administered at Office on 10/28/25. - Recommend RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) for the affected shoulder. - Advised patient to avoid activities that exacerbate the pain and to refrain from heavy lifting or overhead activities with the affected arm. - Recommend patient to take naproxen (Aleve) with food for pain and inflammation management. Suggested taking 2 tablets with breakfast and 2 with dinner for 7 days. Returned for office visit 11/12/25 for imaging.
