Symptom narrative

- received MMR vaccine 2 weeks ago- rash appeared 2 days ago - he has been itching the back of his head and neck- he has been rubbing his face Generalized rash:- Rash started two days prior to the visit, initially on the buttocks, described as red and sore.- Rash subsequently spread to the back, legs, face, and extremities, described as maculopapular and pink.- Associated with whining, crying, irritability, and headache.- Occasional runny nose and wet, dry cough present for two weeks prior to rash onset.- No fever.- Received chickenpox and MMR vaccines two weeks prior to rash onset.- Itchiness reported on the back and upper body, with frequent scratching.- Eating normally, sleeping but with frequent awakenings and restless sleep, taking naps at unusual times.- No Koplik's sign or conjunctivitis.- Given tylenol last night- Mom is concerned he may have a headache because he periodically screams in pain
