11/11/25 Pt rec'd vaccine in clinic 1030am. made appt at the front desk, then walked 5 mins to her office. When she arrived to the office she reported redness of her birth mark, skin tingling, lips swelling, heavy breathing- no wheezing, no throat tightness. Was seen in her medical office by NP, she was given Benadryl , Pepcid and Prednisone 60mg. 11/13/25 pt call on call service to report event, ash she was having weird discomfort in chest, b/p normal . Pt was then seen in office 11/13 330pm- Lungs clear, birth mark redder then normal, abdomen red.
Asthma flare- took prednisone and pulmicort up until 11/11
